Dinner comes to you
A private chef turns the villa into the restaurant for the night. Choose the kind of meal you want, tell us the group size and any dietary needs, and the chef takes care of the rest.
It can be a relaxed brunch by the pool, an asado for the group, a multi-course dinner, or something built around a birthday, anniversary, or weekend away.
Add a bartender, wine or mezcal pairing, or a cooking class if you want to make more of the evening.
Menus our chefs cook
Every menu is built around the group, but these are some of the most common directions.
Mexican & local seafood
Ceviche, tacos, fresh fish, and dishes built around ingredients from the Yucatán.
Asado & live-fire grill
Steaks, seafood, vegetables, and sides cooked over the grill at the villa.
Tasting menus
A multi-course dinner served at your own table, with optional wine or mezcal pairings.
Brunches & grazing
Poolside breakfasts, brunches, sharing plates, and grazing tables for the group.
Cocktails & classes
Add a bartender for the evening or turn the first round into a hands-on cocktail class.
Dietary-friendly
Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, pescatarian, and allergy-friendly menus can be planned in advance.
