Casa Arka Tulum, an eight-bedroom villa for groups

This private Region 15 villa is designed for group stays, retreats, weddings and celebrations. It has eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms, with space for up to 19 overnight guests. Your group has exclusive use of the bedrooms, pools, rooftop, jacuzzi, cinema, event room and outdoor lounges. A private chef, personal butler, concierge and daily housekeeping are included. The property sits inside a gated community with controlled access and 24-hour security.

Eight suites shaped by stone, wood and open air

Five bedrooms have king beds, two have queen beds, and the eighth has one queen and one single bed. Every bedroom is en suite and has air conditioning. Across the villa, exposed stone, reclaimed wood and open-air spaces connect the interiors with the surrounding jungle. Sculptural Maya stone details, indoor waterfalls and a decorative Zen garden add to the design. The layout gives the group large shared areas while retaining private bedrooms for time apart.

Two pools, a rooftop jacuzzi and a private cinema

The main level has a starlight pool with waterfall features. A second infinity pool sits on the rooftop with views across the surrounding canopy. The rooftop also holds a jacuzzi for up to 16 people, a firepit lounge and rollout beds for stargazing. Indoors, guests have a private movie theatre, a cocktail lounge, a break-out lounge and a dedicated event space. Cabana seating and outdoor gathering areas provide further space around the pools.

Private chef service with menus built around the group

The chef’s service and time are included in the rental. Groceries, ingredients and individual meals are charged separately according to the chosen menu. The chef can prepare breakfasts, brunches, lunches, dinners and celebration meals while adapting menus for dietary needs. Grocery shopping can also be handled before or during the stay. Outside catering is not permitted, so all dining inside the villa must be coordinated with the private chef. The butler, concierge and housekeeping team support the stay alongside the kitchen service.

Weddings, retreats and celebrations with room to gather

The villa can host up to 80 people for a cocktail-style event or 50 for a seated dinner. Event fees may apply when attendance exceeds the overnight guest count. An in-house wedding planner can coordinate catering, flowers, music, décor, the officiant and outside vendors. Photography, video, live entertainment and private performances can also be arranged. The indoor event room, rooftop and pool areas give planners several settings within one property.

Region 15, between central Tulum and the beach

The property is in Region 15, a residential area surrounded by jungle growth and close to central Tulum. The beach is around five to seven minutes away by car. Airport transfers, private drivers and local transport can be arranged through our concierge. Restaurant bookings, beach club reservations and private days on the water can also be organised. These transport and concierge arrangements carry an additional charge.

Activities can be brought to the property or planned elsewhere in Tulum. At-villa options include massage, yoga, IV therapy, recovery treatments, energy work, mixology classes and private dance lessons. Flamenco performances, aerial shows and other live entertainment can be arranged for events. Away from the villa, the concierge can plan yacht charters, cenotes, ATV trips, ziplines, the Tulum ruins and Chichén Itzá. Each optional service is arranged around the group and may cost extra.

Rates, arrival times and how to enquire

Rates start from USD 3,100 per night and change with the season and group size. The minimum stay is two nights. Check-in is usually from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is before 10:00 a.m.; exact times can vary by date. Pets are welcome, but they should be included in the stay details when enquiring.
