Villas in the Hotel Zone
The beach road itself. Villas here put the sand at the end of the garden and the beach clubs within walking distance, at the price the address commands.
What the Hotel Zone is like
This is the strip most people picture: the road running behind the dune, the beach clubs facing the water, and the restaurants and hotels that made the town famous strung along it. A villa on this side of the road is either on the sand or a minute from it.
You pay a premium for that, and you take the strip as it comes, with its traffic and its music. Services out here are improvised by design, so villas run cisterns and back up power as a matter of course, and the good ones do it invisibly.
It is the right choice when the beach is the point of the trip and nobody wants to drive to it.

- Beach clubs, restaurants and bars along the beach road.
- Best for
- Couples and groups who want to walk to the sand and to the beach clubs.
