Atta & Tuuch at Shibari Tulum

Atta and Tuuch are two separate concepts inside Shibari Tulum at Km 7 in Boca Paila: Atta is the hotel’s adults-only fine-dining restaurant, while Tuuch is the cenote club built around the natural freshwater cenote beside it.

At Atta, Executive Chef Diego Isunza leads a menu that combines Yucatán ingredients and ancestral recipes with international techniques. The setting is quiet and low-capacity, with tables under a wooden canopy overlooking the cenote, making it better suited to a long lunch or dinner than a typical Tulum party restaurant.

Tuuch is the day side of the experience, with swimming, loungers, daybeds and cabanas around the cenote. Non-hotel guests can buy day passes, currently from around MX$1,800 per person for a lounge chair, while daybeds and larger cabanas cost more. Food and drink consumption is separate.

You can visit Atta just for a meal, Tuuch just for a cenote day, or combine both in the same visit. The entire Shibari property is adults only.

Best for: Quiet cenote days, couples, fine dining and anyone who wants a more relaxed alternative to Tulum’s louder beach and cenote clubs.
