Atta Tulum: Fine Dining Beside the Tuuch Cenote
Atta is an adults-only fine-dining restaurant inside the gated Shibari hotel at Carretera Tulum–Punta Allen KM7 in Boca Paila. Beside it, Tuuch operates as a separate cenote club within the same property, built around the natural freshwater cenote that gives the setting its character.
The Atta dining room sits under a wooden canopy on the banks of Tuuch, so you eat looking out over the water with jungle birdsong around you. It is a low-capacity, quiet space rather than one of Tulum’s louder clubstaurants, which makes it a calm choice for a long lunch or an unhurried dinner.
The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Diego Isunza, who has cooked at Pujol, Nicos and Morimoto. His cooking blends local Yucatán Peninsula ingredients and ancestral recipes with global technique, moving from Oaxacan corn masa to French steak tartare to Vietnamese rice vinegar. The menu changes frequently to follow what is in season, so the plates rotate with ingredient availability rather than staying fixed.

Atta serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, running from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM daily.
Mornings bring lighter plates like açaí bowls and fresh juices, while lunch and dinner move into more elaborate dishes built around Mexican ingredients and international technique.
A continental breakfast is around US$30. Dinner averages about US$40 per person, so a meal for two with starters and mains lands near US$80, while cocktails are around US$20.
Atta can be visited independently of the cenote club, so you do not need to buy a Tuuch day pass just to reserve a restaurant table.
The Tuuch Cenote Club and Day Passes
Next to Atta, Tuuch is the separate cenote-club side of Shibari open 11am to 6pm.
The club opens the natural freshwater cenote, loungers and cabanas to both hotel guests and outside visitors. Tuuch holds SECTUR’s Clean Point Distinction seal for safety and hygiene, and its cool freshwater is home to tropical fish that make for easy snorkeling.
The club area has comfortable daybeds, lounge chairs and umbrellas set around the water, plus free sunscreen and bug repellent. Non-hotel guests can buy a day pass, which includes a welcome drink and towels. Rates are definitely on the higher end for a cenote experience, especially because food and drink consumption is not included in the purchase.
Tuuch makes more sense for guests who want a quieter, more serviced cenote day with hotel facilities rather than simply looking for the cheapest place to swim.
