This three-level compound combines Casa Aqua and Casa Indigo, two connected but independent residences inside the gated Losantos community. It accommodates up to 24 guests across 12 bedrooms and four private units. The arrangement consists of two four-bedroom residences and two two-bedroom penthouses. Each section has its own pool, kitchen, lounge areas and outdoor space. The full group can gather for meals while families, couples or retreat teams keep separate living areas. Twelve Bedrooms and a Flexible Four-Unit Layout

Eight bedrooms are divided between the two main residences, with four more bedrooms across the two penthouses. The bedrooms have air conditioning, and the penthouses have private entrances. This separation can place families, retreat leaders or support staff in their own quarters without moving them away from the main group. Each unit also has a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, ovens, hair dryers and an office area are available within the compound.

Multiple lounges give guests room to follow different schedules during the same stay. Private bar areas, balconies and rooftop spaces extend the living areas outdoors. Shared outdoor spaces add an alfresco dining area, a firepit and another grill. These facilities sit inside the gated community and are separate from the villa’s private pools, bars and dining areas.

Daily Housekeeping and Private Dining Options

A housekeeping team handles daily cleaning and maintenance during the stay. Concierge assistance is also included. A private chef is not part of the standard booking, but chef service can be arranged separately. Guests can instead use the four kitchens, outdoor dining areas and grills for their own meals.
