Jungle V Tulum: a private five-lodge retreat

Jungle V is a private villa compound in the central jungle of La Veleta. Five independent lodges sit along tropical paths, creating separate sleeping areas around shared open-air spaces. The full property sleeps up to 19 guests and is rented for group stays rather than operating as a public hotel or event venue. Its layout supports wellness retreats, family trips, friends’ holidays and private celebrations. Weddings, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette stays can all use the grounds as a private base.

Five bedrooms and 17 beds across separate lodges

The villa has five bedrooms across its five independent lodges or suites. Together, they contain 17 beds arranged as king beds, single beds and sofa beds. The current layout includes six bathrooms, with indoor-outdoor designs that connect the rooms to the tropical grounds.

An infinity pool, yoga pavilion and open-air living

An outdoor infinity pool forms the main shared space for the group. A dedicated yoga pavilion provides a separate place for classes, stretching and retreat sessions. Open-air living areas give guests room to meet, dine or spend time together between activities. Tropical paths connect the lodges and communal spaces beneath the surrounding foliage. The property is inland, so days here centre on the pool, pavilion and private grounds rather than direct beach access.

Private meals and optional chef service

A BBQ grill is available for meals at the property. Chef service is not included in the nightly rate, but it can be arranged separately for the group. Concierge support can also be added for stay planning. This setup lets retreat organisers and celebration groups arrange private meals without sharing the compound with outside guests.

A La Veleta base near Centro and the beach zone

The property is on Calle 3 Poniente in residential La Veleta, inland between Tulum Centro, Aldea Zama and the coastal beach road. Centro and the beach zone are each roughly 10 minutes away, keeping restaurants, beach clubs and cenote trips within reach. The compound itself is quiet and secluded, with shaded paths and room for slow mornings by the pool. It mainly suits families, groups of friends, retreat participants and guests meeting for private celebrations.
