Mera Room takes over Gitano Beach on Thursday, October 15th, 2026 for a beach party that moves from sunset into late night. The night runs from 7PM to late. Music carries the party from its relaxed opening into the busier late-night stretch. Gitano Beach’s regular DJ programme spans deep house, tropical house, nu-disco, indie dance and melodic house. The venue normally hosts DJs from Thursday through Sunday, linking its daytime beach setup with dancing around sunset. Recurring sessions include Full Moon Rising, Gypsy Disco, Sunset Fiesta and Las Gitanas. GITANO Records also releases playlists, live recordings and sets focused on organic house, deep house, downtempo and disco house.
Open-Fire Mexican Food and Mezcal Cocktails
The regular menu combines modern Mexican cooking with Mediterranean touches. The open-fire kitchen prepares grilled seafood, roasted meats, tacos and vegetable plates. Cochinita pibil tacos with habanero and salsa verde cost 320 MXN, while the Baja California hamachi tostada is 380 MXN and aguachile is 425 MXN. The drinks list centres on mezcal, including Kisses in the Car with rum, passion fruit and tangerine habanero.
