New Year's Eve at Bagatelle Tulum 2024
Celebrate the arrival of 2024 in style at Bagatelle Tulum, where a sumptuous New Year's Eve dinner awaits.The event promises an intimate indoor setting, starting at 8 pm and stretching late into the night. The menu is for a fine dining experience, starting with an "amuse-bouche" of Foie Gras with vanilla and sapote negro confit, paired with crispy spices. The first course, "pour commencer", features golden seared scallops with red squash risotto and Kristal caviar juice. Following this is a main course, "a suivre", consisting of grilled Wagyu beef fillet with a truffled melanosporum souffléed potato.
